Collaboration with tax professionals (as requested)
We do not provide tax filing or CPA services, but we’re happy to partner with your tax advisor.
3. User Responsibilities

You’re responsible for reviewing and approving your financial reports and final outputs.
4. Payment Terms
You agree to pay fees as outlined in your engagement agreement or service plan. Payments are typically due in advance of service, and we reserve the right to pause or terminate service for unpaid invoices.
Refunds are not typically provided once services have begun, but we’re committed to resolving any concerns.
5. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. All information shared with us is kept private and secure. We do not sell or share your data, and only use it to provide our services or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, graphics, and service descriptions—is owned by Bookli or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without permission.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you’ll receive all completed deliverables up to the end of the paid service period. Any outstanding payments will still be due.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping, Bookli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree that our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Denton County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. We’ll post updates on our website and notify active clients of any significant changes.
